Replacing LED for front inside door opener (left or right) (330i xDrive Wagon, 328d xDrive Wagon, 330i GT xDrive, 340i GT xDrive)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove front door TRIM PANEL

NOTE: Work shown on the F30 by way of example, deviations in detail are possible in other models.

Release latch mechanisms (1) and lift out LED module (2).

Carefully release latch mechanism (3) on LED module (2) with a suitable tool.

Pull LED module (2) off of fibre-optic conductor (4) in direction of arrow.

Installation note:

Make sure that the fibre-optic conductor (4) latches correctly in LED module (2).

Catches (1; 3) must not be damaged or missing.
