Installing the seal for the windshield panel

• In case of replacement only: 

  Position the seal (1) for the windshield panel at the metal insert (2).

• Position the seal (2) for the windshield panel.
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Seal carrier to hood linkage
  Oval-head screw	Tightening torque	5 Nm

  NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.
• Position the seal carrier (2) of the seal for the windshield panel.
• Turn in screw (1) several rotations.
• Position the washers (3).
• Align the screws (1) at the previously set marks and tighten them.
