Vent the high-temperature coolant system
Precondition
The heater circuit and the low-temperature coolant circuit are filled and bled.
- Connect diagnostic system:
- Service functions
- Drive
- Range extender digital engine electronics
- Service start range extender
The automatic cooling system bleeding procedure will be initiated.
- Carry out the cooling system bleeding procedure for a minimum of 10 min.
- Check the fill level in the coolant expansion tank.
- Adjust the coolant level in the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit to the maximum mark.
- Close the coolant expansion tank with the sealing cap (1).
