- Align and bond the masking film (1) on the edge of the trunk lid with the dimension (A = 7, 2 cm) and the dimension (B = 17, 0 cm).
- Carefully clean the bonding surface with solvent cleaner R2.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Cleaning agent R2 500 ml 83190417324 - Apply Sika activator-205 very thinly on the bonding surface and let dry.
Make absolutely sure that Sika activator-205 is not applied outside of the bonding surface.
ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONActivator-205 250 ml, Bottle 83190030155 - Carefully remove the masking foil (1).
- Detach the liner (protective film) from the adhesive strip of the model inscription.
- Align the model inscription with the primer treated area and press onto the trunk lid.
- I01:
- Align and bond the masking film (1) on the edge of the trunk lid with the dimension (A = 9, 2 cm) and the dimension (B = 15, 5 cm).
- Carefully clean the bonding surface with solvent cleaner R2.CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION
Cleaning agent R2 500 ml 83190417324 - Apply Sika activator-205 very thinly on the bonding surface and let dry.
Make absolutely sure that Sika activator-205 is not applied outside of the bonding surface.
