NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.

Component damage caused by striking tools. 
Brute force can result in component damage. 

• Only use those tools intended for the work.

NOTE: The following step(s) must be performed if the specified component(s) is/are installed.

• Remove the connecting rod for the ride height sensor (1) from the wishbone.

• Release the nut (1).
  NOTE: Counter-hold at the Torx socket.
• Release the bottom wishbone from the swivel bearing.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  Otherwise, the rubber grommet can be damaged. The components must not be in contact.
• Make sure the rubber grommet (3) on the bottom wishbone (1) does not get damaged by the swivel bearing (2).
