Install fan cowl
Remove guard for the cooler fins
NOTE:
Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Remove guard (1) .
- Thread guides (1) into the radiator.
- Thread guides (2)
into the charge air cooler.
- Carefully insert and install the fan cowl (3) in arrow direction.
- Make sure that the lock (2) snaps in audibly.
- Tighten down screw (1) .
TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

- Connect connectors (2)
and lock.
The connector (2) must engage audibly.
- Connect connectors (1)
and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- If installed: Attach the coolant line (1) to the clamps (arrows).
- Lock clamps (arrows).
- If installed: Attach the transmission oil line (2) .
- Feed in and install the transmission oil line (2) .
- Lock holder (1) .
