Remove door sill cover strip
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
NOTE:
Bending of plastic components.
NOTE:
Application of too much force can lead to bending of plastic components.
NOTE:
- Place special tool directly beside the mounting clip.
- Continue unclipping the part without using the tool if possible.
- Release the door sill cover strip (1)
from the floor panel using the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325)
at the clips (2)
.
- If necessary, remove the clips (1)
from the floor panel (2)
and insert in the door sill cover strip.
