Installing the support for the front upper bumper cover

• Guide in the support for the front upper bumper cover and install.
  NOTE: Perform the steps on the right and left side.
• Tighten down screws (3)  .

  Hexagon screw with flange	Tightening torque	100 Nm
  Replace screws.	Angle of rotation	180°

• Tighten down screws (2)  .

• Tighten down screws (1)  .

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  The setpoint torque deviates from the adjustable torque when using special tool 2 464 950 .
  NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
• Converting the setpoint torque into the adjustable torque:

  (setpoint torque * L1)/L2 = adjustable torque

  L1 = length from the center of the grip to the reversible ratchet head

  L2 = length from the center of the grip to the center point of the ring on the special tool

• Tighten the screw (1)  with the special tool 2 464 950 and the torque wrench.

  The special tool and torque wrench must be aligned with tightening the screw.

• Carefully position the cooling module (1)  in the arrow direction.

• Install the bracket (1)  and clip in with the detents (2)  .

• Clip in wiring harness (4)  with the clips (3)  .
