Installing the front wheel arch trim

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
To ensure optimal bonding, the bonding surfaces on the inner side of the wheel arch trim panels must not be painted!
You must apply the adhesive pad (two-sided adhesive tape) to the wheel arch trim panel before painting the wheel arch trim panel.

Position the wheel arch trim (1) on the front flap and engage in the latch mechanisms (2) .

Remove the adhesive residue on the bonding surface (1) .
Clean the bonding surface (1) with the solvent cleaner R2.

CONSUMABLE SPECIFICATION

Cleaning agent R2 500 ml 83190417324
Adhere to the air drying time of 2 min.
Pull the protective film off the adhesive pad (2) (double-sided adhesive tape).
Position the wheel arch trim (3) and press firmly.
