Removing the trim on the lower bumper cover

- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Loosen blind rivet (2).
- Release and remove the trim of the lower bumper cover (3) at the detents along the dotted line.
