Installing support for front bumper cover

• Guide in the support for the front bumper cover together with the support from below and position correctly.
  NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
• Tighten down screws (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Front bumper bracket to engine mount
  Hexagon screw with flange
  	Joining torque	100 Nm
  	Angle of rotation	180°

• Tighten down screws (2)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Hood lock support to support for bumper cover
  Hexagon screw M8x20
  	Tightening torque	19 Nm

• Tighten down screw (3)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Bottom support on front axle support adapter
  M8x70 screw
  	Tightening torque	19 Nm

• Attach the wiring harness to the support for the bumper cover at the front.
  NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
• Tighten down screw (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Hood lock support to support for bumper cover
  Hexagon screw M8x20
  	Tightening torque	19 Nm

• Attach the wiring harness (1)  to the support for the front bumper cover.

• Check impact absorber (3)  for damage and, if necessary, replace it.
• First attach the impact absorber (3)  at the bottom, then press it in at the top.
• Mount the expanding rivets (2)  .
• Connect connectors (1)  and lock.
