When replacing the right exhaust turbocharger: Remount components

Unscrew the banjo bolt (1).
Loosen screw (2).
Remove the coolant pipe.

Unscrew the banjo bolt (1).
Loosen screw (2).
Remove the coolant pipe (3).

Replace the banjo bolt.
Parts: Hollow bolt
Replace seals (1).
Parts: Seals

Replace the right exhaust turbocharger.
Parts: Right exhaust turbocharger
Position the coolant pipe (3).
Position the banjo bolt (1) and screw in several threads.
Hand-tighten the bolt (2).

Tighten the banjo bolt (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Banjo bolt for coolant pipe to exhaust turbocharger
Hollow bolt Replace the banjo bolt.	Joining torque 8 Nm Angle of rotation 60°

Tighten down screw (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Coolant line to exhaust turbocharger
M6x16	tightening torque 10 Nm

Replace the banjo bolt.
Parts: Hollow bolt
Replace seals (1).
Parts: Seals

Position the coolant pipe.
Position the banjo bolt (1) and screw in several threads.
Hand-tighten the bolt (2).

Tighten the banjo bolt (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Hollow bolt Replace the banjo bolt.	Joining torque 8 Nm Angle of rotation 60°

M6x16	tightening torque 10 Nm
