Installing the coolant feed line for the right exhaust turbocharger

- Replace the banjo bolt of the coolant feed line.
Parts: Hollow bolt
- Replace seals (1).
Parts: Seals
- Insert and install the coolant feed line for the left exhaust turbocharger.
- Position the coolant feed line.
- Position the banjo bolt (1) and screw in several threads.
- Apply the banjo bolt (1) hand-tight.
- Hand-tighten the bolt (1).
- Tighten the banjo bolt (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Tighten down screw (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

| M6x16 | tightening torque | 10 Nm |
- Replace the sealing rings (1) of the coolant lines (2).
Parts: Sealing rings
- Connect coolant lines (4).
- Connect coolant lines (3).
- Tighten down screws (2).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Remove the lint-free rag (1).
