Installing coolant pumps

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
- Make sure that the fitting sleeve is in the crankcase.
- Clean sealing surface.
- Insert the coolant pump (1).
- Connect the connector (1) to the coolant pump (2) and lock audibly.
- Position the coolant pump (1) on the crankcase.
- Tighten the screw (1) (M6x90).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Tighten the screw (2) (M6x70).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Tighten down screws (1).

- Tighten down screw (1).

- Pin up connector (1) and lock audibly.
- Connect and audibly lock coolant hose (2).
- Connect and audibly lock coolant hose (3).
- Connect the coolant line (2) to the coolant pump.
- Tighten down screw (1).

- Connect the coolant line (2) to the coolant pump.
- Tighten down screw (1).
