- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Removing the guide for the rear bumper cover (corner area)
- Only for G05:
- Loosen the expanding rivet (1).
- Guide out and remove the cover (2).
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Remove the guide for the rear bumper cover (2) on the side and disconnect the present plug connections if applicable.
