Remove the left engine mount

  • Secure the vehicle hoist against lowering and lifting.
WARNING: Vehicle may slip off the vehicle hoist if the vehicle hoist is handled incorrectly  .

WARNING: Car may slip off the vehicle hoist if the weight is distributed unevenly  .

  • Ensure there is a specific weight compensation on the car.
WARNING: Heavy component falling down or tipping  .

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
Check and assess the engine mount in accordance with test module "Engine mount: Mechanical check". If the condition of an engine mount is faulty, for the sake of customer satisfaction, we recommend replacing both engine mounts to prevent a repeat repair.
