Installing the protective plate on the front door

• Check the seal (1) for damage and replace if necessary.

• Position the protective plate (3).
• Apply a drop of screw locking agent on the screw thread of the mounting bolt before screwing.
  ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Screw lock Loctite Stick 243, medium strength

  10 ml, Bottle

  83192210339

• Tighten all the screws along the line (2).

  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Protective plate to door
  M6 screw	tightening torque	10 Nm
  M8 screw	tightening torque	20 Nm

• Feed in the wiring harness (1) and connect and lock all the connectors.

Disconnecting all battery ground leads 

• Refer to CONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
