Partially remove the storage compartment of the center armrest

Removing the center armrest storage compartment trim

Use the special tool 2 298 505 to lever out trim (1) to the rear out of the clamps as pictured.
Pull the trim (1) up out of the guides.

Unlock and disconnect plug connections (1).
Pull trim (2) up and off.

Remove the insert (1) upward.

Loosen screws (1).
Unclip the floor of the storage compartment (2) upwards from the clamps (3) and lift lightly at the rear.

If necessary, disconnect the plug connection (1) and remove the floor of the storage compartment (2).
