Replacement: Prepare the coolant pump
- Loosen screws (1) .
- Remove the thermostat.NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents. - Clean sealing surface (1) .
- Remove the seal (3) from the thermostat (2) .
- Replace the seal (3)

Parts: Seal
- Position thermostat housing.
- Tighten down screws (1) .
