Installing tail light onto side panel at right

• Check the seal (1) on the tail light (2) for damage and, if necessary, replace it.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  The thread is a left-hand thread.
• Check whether both adjusting elements (1) on the tail light (2) are in the screwed-in position.

  Result 

  » The adjusting elements (1) are not in the screwed-in position.

  Measure

• Screw in adjusting elements (1) counterclockwise.
• Connect the connector (1) to the tail light (2).

  The connector must engage audibly.

• Lock the lock (3) in arrow direction.

• Position rear light (1) on the side panel (2).

• Prescrew the nut (1).

• Position rear light (1) to the front (arrow).
• Move the contact surfaces (2) of the rear light (1) upwards (arrow) to contact.
• Hold the tail light (1) in position.

• Tighten nut (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Tail light to side panel
  Nut	tightening torque	3 Nm

• Align the rear light (1) to the connection line (2).
• Tighten down screws (3).

  Screw	tightening torque	3.6 Nm

• Position the cover (1) of the water channel and clip it in the arrow direction.
