Replacing gutter strip on the windshield

- Paint the gutter strip trim before it is mounted.
- Remove the lugs (1) after painting.
- Clean the adhesive area (2) with the cleaning agent.

- Remove protective film (1).
- Affix a double-sided adhesive tape (2) over the entire length of the existing adhesive tape to ensure an adequate adhesion.
- Remove the protective film on the upper end a little (approx. 5 cm).
- Position the support (1) as shown flush on the trim (2), start at the upper end of the support (1).
- Insert the support (1) at an angle in the trim (2) and align it correctly.
- Detach the protective film completely and press down the support (1) with the trim (2) firmly with the hand over the entire length.
