Installing the covers for the interior mirror

Check the detents (1) and (2) for damage; if necessary, replace the covers.
The detents (1) and (2) must not be damaged or missing.

Guide in cover (1) on the left and right and engage on detents (2) and (3).

Check clamps (1) and the detents (2) for damage and, if necessary, replace them.

The clamps (1) and detents (2) must not be damaged or missing.

Feed the cover (1) into the guides at the front and engage it at the snap-in lugs (3) and the clamps (2).

Check the detents (arrows) on the covers (1) and (2) for damage and replace the covers (1) and (2) if necessary.

Position the covers (1) and (2) correctly on the mirror and engage it at the separation point (3).
