Removing trim on the front bumper panel

- Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
- Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVE FRONT ORNAMENTAL GRILLE .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT WHEEL ARCH TRIM .
- Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT SECTION OF THE FRONT WHEEL ARCH COVER ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
- Refer to REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER .
- Refer to REMOVE THE LEFT AND RIGHT FOG LIGHT BRACKETS .
- Refer to REMOVE THE ORNAMENTAL GRILLE OF THE BUMPER COVER ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE .
- Refer to REMOVING THE ORNAMENTAL GRILLE ON THE CENTER BUMPER PANEL .
- Loosen blind rivet (1).
- Release trim on the front bumper panel (2) at the latch mechanism (arrows) and remove.
