Installing the bracing strut of the front door

Insert the reinforcement strut (2) and position it.

Apply a drop of screw locking agent on the screw thread of the screws (1) before screwing.

ADHESIVE SPECIFICATIONS

Screw lock Loctite Stick 243, medium strength

10 ml, Bottle

Tighten the screws (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Reinforcement strut to the door below
M8 screw	tightening torque	20 Nm

Tighten the screw below the cover (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Reinforcement strut to the door above
M10 screw	tightening torque	45 Nm

Clip in the cover (1).
