Securing the high-voltage cables on the EME

Prerequisite 

Switch off high-voltage system.

WARNING: Damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. 
Mortal hazard through electric shock! 
  • Do not repair damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. They must always be replaced with new parts in their original packaging.
  • If high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components are damaged and contact protection is not longer provided, technical support must be contacted immediately.
NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
Observe the additional information for unlocking and disconnecting various plug connections in electrical and hybrid vehicles!
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Sealing frame at the top on sealing frame at the bottom 
RF5x26.5 tightening torque 
2.5 Nm
