Releasing the high-voltage cables on the EME

Prerequisite
Switch off high-voltage system.
WARNING:
Damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components.

- Do not repair damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. They must always be replaced with new parts in their original packaging.
- If high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components are damaged and contact protection is not longer provided, technical support must be contacted immediately.

- Release the screws (arrows).
- Feed out the sealing frame (1) and remove.
- Unlock and remove the bridge for the high-voltage contact monitor (1).
- Release the lock (2) in arrow direction.
- Unlock and release the holder (3).
- Feed the high-voltage connector (4) out and set it aside.
- Feed out the high-voltage cable (4) from the holder (5) and set it to one side.
- Unlock the locks (1).
- Release the circlip (2) in the arrow direction.
- Unlock plug connection (3) and disconnect.
- Feed out the high-voltage cable (4) from the holder (5) and set it to one side.
- Release the screws (arrows).
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Loosen clamp (2).
- Feed the high-voltage connector (3) out and set it aside.
- Feed out the high-voltage connector (3) from the holder (4) and set to one side.
- Release the holder (1) with a standard screwdriver (2).
- Loosen clamp (1).
- Unlock and release the holder (2).
- Feed out the high-voltage cables (3) and set to one side.
