Installing front door weather strip

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Hang the front door weather strip (1) over the door with the open lip facing inwards.
Sealing joint in area (A) position.

Bond the front door weather strip as follows:

Gradually detach protective film
Align the front door weather strip (1) corresponding to the specified dimensions (X) or the templates and press on lightly

Check the position of the front door weather strip (1) and correct if necessary

Do not overstretch or compress the front door weather strip (1) when positioning it
Maximum permissible sag of the front door weather strip (1) during the positioning process is 30 mm
Always apply pressure perpendicular to the bonding surface to affix the front door weather strip (1)
Affix the front door weather strip (1) with firm thumb pressure

Area	Dimension x
A	10 mm
B	5 mm
C	5 mm
D	5 mm

Create a sealing joint in area (A), and shorten the front door weather strip (1) accordingly as needed.
Position the front door weather strip (1) along the template (3):
The edge of the fro door weather strip (1) is flush with the mark (4) (arrow) of the template (3).
