Remove bottom tailgate trim panel

Unclip cover for trunk lid lock (1) at clips (2).

Tear off and remove the rubber covers (3) from the tailgate trim panel.
The rubber covers (3) are destroyed during the removal and must be replaced.
Release lower tailgate trim panel (1) at clips (2).
Carefully feed lower tailgate trim panel (1) together with cover for trunk lid lock from trunk lid.
