Remove the decorative strip on the right dashboard

Prerequisite
- The steering wheel is adjusted downwards all the way back.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE KOMBI TRIM .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL ON THE RIGHT DASHBOARD .
- Release the screws (1) at side on the decorative strip (2).
- Loosen screw (1).
- Carefully unclip the decorative strip (2) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) from the clamps (3).
- Lift up the decorative strip (2) and detach the plug connections behind it.
- Remove decorative strip (2).
