- Protect working area.
- Handle tools and components carefully.
- Release the trim strip (1) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) on the velcro straps (dual-lock straps) (2) at left and right.
- Lever out and remove the trim strip (1) from the trunk lid handle with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325)
