Installing D-pillar trim panel

WARNING: Airbag unit .
Danger! Immobilization period-threatening injuries!

Before performing any work on the airbag, always disconnect the battery ground lead from the battery.
Airbag unit may only be set down with the cushion (airbag itself) facing upwards.

All work on pyrotechnic parts may be carried out by technically experienced and appropriately trained personnel only.
Replace any damaged part or ones that have been dropped.

Check the clips (1) for damage and replace where required.

Correctly position D-pillar trim panel (3) and clip in at the clips (2).
Make sure that the D-pillar trim panel (3) is correctly positioned on all adjacent parts.

Tighten the screw and mount the cover (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
