Removing left and right rear reflectors

NOTE: Perform the steps on the left and right side.

Removing rear reflector

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Carefully lift the rear reflector (1) slightly out of the bumper cover (2) using the special tool 2 298 505 .
The rear reflector (1) should only be lifted slightly out of the bumper cover (2), otherwise the rear reflector (1) will break in the highlighted area.
Carefully pull rear reflector sideways out of the bumper cover (2).
