Situation:

With the A/Ccellence 2500 from Beissbarth, a fully automatic air conditioning service unit was developed for R134a, which meets currently valid BMW specifications. The steps vacuum, evacuation, leakage test, filling of refrigerant and fresh oil or optional UV contrast medium and checking of the operating pressures run automatically.

The device achieves the required filling accuracy of ± 15 g R134a (at the service coupling). The new air conditioning service unit has hermetically sealed containers for the fresh oil (PAG oil) and the UV contrast medium (Universal Dye). This protects the fluids from soiling and contamination and prevents damage to the vehicle air conditioning system!
