Removing the trim on the lower bumper cover

Mechanical effects.
Paint damage.

Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Loosen screws (1).
Loosen blind rivet (2).
Release and remove the trim of the lower bumper cover (3) at the detents along the dotted line.
