Remounting the Front Light Electronics Right (FLER)

Removing the control unit for Front Light Electronics Right (FLER)

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Loosen screws (1).
Pull the control unit for FLE (2) out of the headlight.

Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Remove the control unit for the FLE (2).

Install the Front Light Electronics right (FLER) control unit

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Check the seal (3) on the control unit for the Front Light Electronics (2) for damage and replace if necessary.
Connect connectors (1) and lock.

Position the control unit for the front light electronics (2) in the headlight.
Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Frontal Light Electronics (FLE)
PT-SCREW 40x12	tightening torque	1.5 Nm
