Replacing the driven shaft or circlip

Extreme force being required during installation is an indication that the component is damaged or deformed. Check component and replace if necessary.

- Check the gearing of the driven shaft for damage and, if necessary, replace the damaged parts.
- Check the dust plate (1) for damage and, if necessary, replace the damaged parts.
- If the driven shaft is reused, then replace the circlip (3) .
- Wet contact surface (2)
with the approved front differential oil.
