Installing rear brake pads

Install the brake pad (1) in arrow direction.
If necessary for brake pads with adhesive film, detach the protective film.

Equipment version of the design clip:
Replace the design clip (1).
Parts: Design clip

The design clip (1) must be replaced after every disassembly.
Attach the design clip (1) and engage it in arrow direction with a screwdriver (2).
Ensure that the retaining tab (3) is engaged correctly.

Remove the special tool (cable tie) 2 413 317.
Mount brake caliper (3).
Replace screws (1).
Parts: Screws
Tighten the screws (1), if applicable, hold against the hexagon head (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Guide bolt (brake caliper on brake anchor plate)
M8	tightening torque	35 Nm
