- Protect working area.
- Handle tools and components carefully.
- Mask the working area with plastic adhesive tape to avoid paint damage.
- Heat the emblem (1) carefully with a hot air blower and release it from the adhesive strip with the special tool 0 496 571 (00 9 327)
.TECHNICAL DATA SPECIFICATION
Heating using hot air blower Surface temperature 40°C... 50°C - Carefully lever the emblem (1) out of the nozzles (2) and remove from the socket (3).
The emblem (1) must be replaced without fail after the removal.
