Removing the bottom automatic air flap control

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Mechanical effects.
Paint damage.

Mask those working areas at risk with yellow plastic adhesive tape.
Remove and install heavy or bulky components with the aid of another person/other persons.

Preliminary work

Refer to REMOVING FRONT ORNAMENTAL GRILLE .
Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE LEFT FRONT AND RIGHT WHEEL ARCH TRIM .
Refer to PARTIALLY REMOVING THE FRONT SECTION OF THE FRONT WHEEL ARCH COVER ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT .
Refer to REMOVING FRONT BUMPER COVER .

Loosen screws (1) .
Feed out the bottom automatic air flap control (2) towards the front.
Disconnect the plug connection and remove the bottom automatic air flap control (2) .
