Install left intake silencer housing
- Check if rubber mount (1) fits correctly in the holder.
- Check the rubber mount (1) for damage and replace if necessary.
NOTE:
To provide a better overview: Schematic diagram with partially hidden components.
- Make sure that the rubber guides are in the areas (1) on the stops of the clamps (2).
- Guide in and position the left intake filter housing (1).
- Connect the left intake filter housing (1) with tabs (3) to unfiltered-air duct (2) and lock it.
- Position the left intake filter housing (1) on the clean air pipe.
- Install the left intake filter housing (1) and attach it in the rubber mounts (arrows).
- Tighten clamp (3).

- Clip tank ventilation line (1) into the holders in areas (2).
Installing acoustic cover

Jerky movements during disassembly and application of excessive force during installation may result in breakage of the acoustic cover/design cover.

Jerky movements during disassembly and application of excessive force during installation may result in breakage of the acoustic cover/design cover.
- Disassemble or mount the acoustic cover/design cover carefully.
- Disassemble or mount snap-lock couplings of the ball pivots one after the other.
- Disassemble or mount the acoustic cover/design cover only at temperatures > 20°C.
- Use only distilled water as an auxiliary material during installation, no lubricants.
- Check the detent pin (2) for damage and replace the acoustic cover if necessary.
- Check the acoustic cover for a correct fit of the rubber mount (1).
- Check rubber mount (1) for correct fit.
- Check the detent pin (2) for damage and replace if necessary.
- Clip in the acoustic cover (1) into the holder.
