Attaching the charge air cooler

Check the seal (1) for damage and replace if necessary.

Check sealing ring (1) for damage, replace if necessary.

Feed the charge air cooler (6) in and install it.

Tighten down screws (5) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Charge air cooler to holder
M6x35
	tightening torque	8 Nm

Secure the coolant lines (arrowed) to the clamps.
Lock clamps (4) .
The clamps (4) must engage audibly.
Connect connectors (3) and lock.
The connectors (3) must engage audibly.
Insert and install charge air line (2) .

Tighten down screws (1) .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Connecting hose to charge air cooler
Hexagon screw M6
	tightening torque	8 Nm
