Installing the 48-V battery
- Insert the 48-V battery (3) with the battery tray.
- Tighten the screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Battery tray to body M6 screw tightening torque 8 Nm - Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Battery tray to body M8 screw tightening torque 19 Nm - Position the cover (4).
- Tighten the screws (3).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Right engine compartment cover Hexagon screw tightening torque 3 Nm - Tighten the screws (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Right engine compartment cover TS5 screw tightening torque 3 Nm - Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Right engine compartment cover TS5 screw tightening torque 3 Nm - Install the cover (2).
The detents (1) must engage audibly.
- Check the seals (1) of the coolant flange (2) for damage and replace if necessary.
- Position the coolant flange (2).
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Coolant flange screw Screw M6x20 tightening torque 8 Nm - Positive battery cable the positive battery cable (2) on the 48-V battery (3).
- Tighten nut on positive battery cable.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Positive battery cable to 48-V battery Nut M8 tightening torque 19 Nm - Mount positive terminal cover (1)
