Removing the rear panel at the bottom of the front seat rear panel

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING THE TOP REAR PANEL FROM THE FRONT SEAT REAR PANEL .

• Loosen the expanding rivet (1).

• Carry out the following work steps in the specified order:
  • Pull the left rear panel outwards.
  • Detach the detent of the left rear panel towards the rear.
  • Pull the right rear panel outwards.
  • Detach the detent of the right rear panel backwards.

• Pull out the rear panel (1) in this area (2) from the guides (3) towards the bottom.
