Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to REMOVING THE MIRROR TRIANGLE COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
- Refer to REMOVING THE EXTERIOR MIRROR ON THE FRONT DOOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE WINDOW CHANNEL STRIP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE FRONT DOOR .
- Refer to REMOVING THE MODULE BRACKET FROM THE FRONT DOOR .
- Refer to REMOVE THE FRONT OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE .
- Refer to REMOVE THE OUTER DOOR HANDLE SUPPORT .
- Undo the cover (1) in the points (2).
- Remove the cover (1).
- Detach the locking rod (1).
- Twist the lock cylinder (2) in clockwise direction and remove it.
