- Before starting any work on the air supply system, depressurize or release the pressure in the air spring system.

- Adhere to the utmost cleanliness.
- Protect components from contamination e.g. by covering.
- Close off line connections with seal plugs.

Residual pressure in the air supply system

- After the air spring system is emptied using the diagnostic system, there is still a certain amount of residual pressure in the system. It is mandatory to follow the handling instructions.
- Carefully slacken the banjo bolt (1) on the pressure accumulator (2) until you hear leaking air (hissing noise).
- Wait approx. 2 min until the pressure in the air spring system is completely relieved.
The hissing noise stops.
- Completely loosen the banjo bolt (1) after having fully bled the pressure from the system.
- Unscrew the nuts (arrows).
- Remove the pressure accumulator (2).
