When replacing the BDC: Observe the handling rules for the BMW Digital Key and the Key Card

- Before ordering a new BDC
: Delete all BMW Digital Keys in the vehicle.
An existing Key Card is not deleted.
- Make sure that the ignition key is inside the vehicle.
Only in this way, all BMW Digital Keys in the vehicle can be deleted.
- For deleting all BMW Digital Keys: Navigate the monitor as follows:
"Car" -> "Vehicle settings" -> "Doors and vehicle access" or "Doors and windows" -> "BMW Digital Key" -> "Remove all digital keys"
- Only in US version (G15 or G05) with existing Key Card: order new Key Card.
After installation of the new BDC: position new Key Card on the NFC reader in the vehicle to activate the card.
