- Protect surfaces from damage.
- Press trim for the parking brake button (1) in the arrow direction, forward and downward.NOTE: The trim of the parking brake button releases by forcefully pressing it out of the detents.
- Lever out the trim (2) with the special tool 0 493 681 (64 1 020).
- Lever out the trim (1) with the special tool 0 493 681 (64 1 020).
- Lever out the trim (1) with special tool 0 493 681 (64 1 020) at the marked positions.
Installing the trims on the operating facility in the center console

- Protect surfaces from damage.
- Position trim (1) on the operating facility in the center console (2) and engage.
All snap-in lugs must engage audibly.
- Position trim (1) and clip in.
- Position trim (1) on the operating facility in the center console (2) and engage it.
All snap-in lugs must engage audibly.
- Position the trim (1) for the parking brake button and lock in place in the arrow direction.
The trim of the parking brake button (1) must lock audibly.
