Removing the switch for switching off the front passenger airbag

- All work on pyrotechnic parts may be carried out by technically experienced and appropriately trained personnel only.
- Replace any damaged part or ones that have been dropped.

Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48 V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to DISCONNECTING ALL BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL ON THE RIGHT DASHBOARD .
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unlock locks (4) in the arrow direction.
- Feed the switch for switching off the front passenger airbag (2) out of the side cover (3) of the instrument panel.
