Installing the 12 V battery

• Install the 12 V battery (2).
• Connect the vent hose (1).

• Position the battery carrier (2).
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Battery carrier to body
  Screw	tightening torque  10 Nm

• Join the positive battery terminal (2) to the battery terminal.
• Tighten the slanted nut (1) at the positive battery terminal (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Negative battery terminal
  Nut	tightening torque  5 Nm

• Close the positive terminal cover (1).
