Install the rear window

• Check the adhesive tape (Dual-Lock-Band) (1) on the body and the rear windshield.

  Replace any defective adhesive tape (Dual-Lock-Band) (1) on the body and the rear windshield.

• Check the spacer buffers (1).

  Replace broken or missing spacer buffers (1).

• Provide two glue cartridges.
• Prepare a glue cartridge with standard nozzle C.
• Apply bead joint in area (1).
• Apply adhesive bead within the mark on the rear window

• Carefully perform the following actions on rear window (1) with suction lifters:
  • Bring it parallel to C-pillar
  • apply and press at the bottom on the seal
  • Align sides evenly
  • evenly press all around and engage at the hook and loop tape (dual-lock tape)
• Ensure that the seal (2) is evenly applied on the trunk lid (3).
• Secure rear window (1) with adhesive tap on the roof.

• Remove adhesive tape (1).

• Fasten the cable at the cable brackets (3).
• Connect connectors (2) and lock.
• Tighten down screw (1).
